Map the adapter type, simplex or duplex direction, UPC or APC polish, pigtail, dust protection, port labeling, and patch-cord route.

Installation

Review wall or desktop location, surface, cable direction, cover access, bend radius, user interaction, service access, and visual finish.

Supply configuration

Approve the SP terminal reference, adapter and pigtail loading, labels, accessories, logo, packaging, sample, and documentation.

What makes a terminal box compatible with an FTTH drop cable?

Confirm the drop-cable dimensions, strength members, entry geometry, strain relief, splice or fast-connector method, adapter interface, bend control, cable exit, and installation method.

Should UPC and APC be selected from the box or the network?

Select the polish from the complete optical interface and installed network. The terminal box must be loaded with adapters and pigtails that match the planned connector and polish.

What should an outlet-box sample confirm?

Confirm the SP reference, enclosure and cover, cable entry, retention, fiber routing, adapter, pigtail, splice protection, labeling, finish, logo, accessories, and packing.
